Customer Policy

What customers can expect from Society Kart, and what we ask in return. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions.

Your account

Use your real name and a working email. Keep your sign-in private; you can also lock the app with fingerprint or Face ID. You must be at least 18 to place orders.

Addresses

Save accurate delivery addresses (sector, street, house). A map pin is optional.

Ordering

Minimum order: Rs. 500 of items per shop, not counting delivery.
Delivery charge: Rs. 100 per order.
All charges are shown before you confirm.
Shops can accept or reject orders based on stock. Items are not swapped for something else without asking you.
Follow every order step by step in the app: placed, accepted, preparing, on the way, delivered.

Paying

Pay Cash on Delivery, or by JazzCash / Easypaisa to your rider with a screenshot. Never share your wallet PIN with anyone.

Delivery code

Some orders have a private 4-digit delivery code. Share it with your rider only when you have the order in your hands; never in chat or with anyone else.

Privacy

Your phone number is never shown to shops or riders. Talk to them only through in-app chat and free in-app calls, which end when the order is finished.

Notifications

Choose which notifications you receive in the app's notification settings. Offers are off unless you switch them on.

Cancellations and refunds

See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Conduct

Treat shops, riders and our team with respect. Abuse, fake orders and refund misuse can lead to your account being suspended.

Help

Use Help & Support in the app (AI Assistant first, with a "Talk to a person" button) or email support@getsocietykart.com. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.
